I am looking for something a bit more portable than normal poker chips (we are usually hauling more than a few games to our game nights), I am wondering if anyone has found any unique solutions they are happy with. Also, what is a a good distribution/amount of money? (I'd likely be in 4-5 player games once I get this).

Within the realm of color, the shadows often assume responsibility for the awkward shine of yellow.

Also a good idea, but they're heavy.

They're hundreds of grams in the box, and fewer hundreds without it. You can use them for a bunch of games. They aren't perfect, but they are portable. I'd suggest you can't go lighter than these without losing a lot of functionality.

Here's an idea I just came up with.

Find 5 tokens that are as small as the cubes in the game, but are different colored. Better yet, if you can get ones that are the same colors of the players: pink, brown, purple, orange, white, that would be the best.

NOW...

You just put the cubes on the income area... outside of the board. So the income track also doubles as a wealth track. Now if only I could find small tokens for this...

You'd also need wealth tracks for each company.
