It's time for another guest! On this episode of Board Games with Scott, I talk with designer and publisher Andrea Meyer about her game, Ad Acta. We also talk about Wordwild, Hossa, and the designing and publishing business.

Hey Scott, thanks for the review. Just in case you're missing one of your 'wooden bits' I saw it rolling off towards the camera (at about 1:43) to an unknown future. Perhaps check under the table?

Heheh.. I saw that happen as I filmed it, but just decided to let it go as an amusement for the sharp-eyed viewer. I've actually done a number of little silly things like that on purpose, although that one was an accident. (For example, there are guest visitors on the edge of the board in the Timbuktu episode). I guess I amuse myself with doing that, and perhaps amuse a few others along the way.

Thanks for the review. Very good, as always, from what I have seen.
I traded for Ad Acta based upon your review so I to, can be a paper pusher. I know it didn't come out in the interview, but how does it play as a 2-player game in your opinion?

No idea. I've always got more than 2 that want to engage in the joys of civil service.
