I have 85 games on preorder! It must be a Renascence for wargaming! Hoping that GMT doesn't go the way of SPI and AH!!!

Need to get more shelves...

http://boardgamegeek.com/collection/user/Garfink?preordered=...

If they all arrive at once... it will break my credit card!

I see some of your preorder games should have arrived actually already...e.g. Battle for Moscow, Combat Commander: Resistance!, Strafexpedition 1916...are you sure you updated your records correctly? Or you didn't receive what you should have?

Problem fixed! This is why I have 2 copies of certain games! You are the preorder police!

Manoeuvre: Distant Lands
Kingdom of Heaven: The Crusader States 1097-1291

At some point, I will probably add

D-Day at Peleliu

and

D-Day at Tarawa.

I am also trying to resist the call of

The Hunters: German U-Boats at War, 1939-43,

Cuba Libre

and

Fading Glory.

I count myself lucky that Revolt and Revolution does not contain the SoS games which interest me the most (not to say that I'm not tempted, though).

Amazing list of games there, Eric, almost the entire MMP and GMT lists.

Uncontidional SUrrender: Case blue is the p'n'p version of Unconditional Surrender: World War II in Europe. I think that might be the one you have on preorder.

Just don't tell my wife. She thinks every game is worth about US$20-40 which isn't far from the truth (please ignore OCS games on my list please and that Moscowa game...), but she hasn't added up the fact that I have >1600 games... If only she paid attention to multiplication at school... I would be in a ton of trouble! Well spotted!

Same here. It's pretty easy to see where I'm stocking up these days:

Festung Budapest: should come home to find it waiting
C&C: Napoleonic's -- the Austrian, Russian and Prussians
C&C: Ancients -- Exp. 2/3 reprint
Phalanx
Diadachoi
Cataphract
Ardennes '44
Ukraine '43

Kingdom of Heaven
It Never Snows
Heights of Courage
Drive on Paris
Fallschirmjaeger

On the fence:

War of the Suns
Navajo Wars

Just two...

Lincoln's War
Revolt and Revolution

but after seeing this list, that number will grow.

Although I got the pre-order bug last year I have managed to keep it under control:

The Hunters: German U-Boats at War, 1939-43
Bloody April, 1917: Air War Over Arras, France

Also the VP Games Napoleon 20 bundle with the shiny GMT treatment.

I would be more enthusiastic in ordering if I did not live at the bottom of the South Pacific. The tyranny of distance means that the shipping cost is usually the same as the game itself. :(

I am only a little above the bottom of the South Pacific. I think USPS should not charge to the fullest on the overseas buyers 'cos they have a mandate to promote international trade to help the deficit problem.

I've got 6 on my list:

The Battle for Normandy Expansion
The Battle for Sicily
Virgin Queen
Ardennes '44
Dominant Species: The Card Game
The Hunters: German U-Boats at War, 1939-43

The first 2 are to quench my appetite for monster games, and the last to further trick out my collection of submarine warfare games. The rest? Guilty pleasures!

Edited to add one game I forgot. It looks like this one will never get there: Operation Mercury. What's the deal with this?

Well, in the last 6 weeks I've added:
No Question of Surrender
D-Day at Peleliu
D-Day at Tarawa
No Retreat! The North African Front
Dominant Species
Mr. Madison's War: The Incredible War of 1812
Picket Duty: Kamikaze Attacks against U.S. Destroyers – Okinawa, 1945

Somebody stop me!

Edit: Forgot one. Sheesh!

Too many:

Ardennes '44
It Never Snows
Red Winter: The Soviet Attack at Tolvajärvi, Finland – 8-12 December 1939
Operation Dauntless: The Battles for Fontenay and Rauray, France, June 1944
Canadian Crucible: Brigade Fortress at Norrey
Where Eagles Dare
Armored Knights: Crusader
Armored Knights: Venezia
Death Ride Salerno: 29th Panzer Grenadier
Death Ride Salerno: Hermann Goering
Death Ride Salerno: 16th Panzer Expansion

Then, there are games which have been produced but which I can't get until this summer, or which aren't technically available for preorder:

The Guns of Gettysburg
Death Ride Salerno: 16th Panzer
Band of Brothers: Screaming Eagles
