Can anyone id which baseball game this is from? It LOOKS like the All-Star Baseball disks but those disks don't have as many divisions with Ball/Strike/Swing/PB/HP/WP designations.

Looks like an advanced version of Cadaco All-Star baseball, although I never heard of one. I can't imagine someone else could have made a spinner game independently of them.

I agree that it looks like Cadaco all star baseball. They simplified their cards in 1975 i think.

Found out this is from the Manager's Version of the game, produced only in 1957

Wow, I'm impressed that they were going for that level of detail back in he 50s. That being said, it would be tedious spinning for every pitch.
