Beth and I played our first game of Dungeon Run last night and enjoyed it a lot. I can see this game hitting the table frequently in my house.

Hi! I'm Macaos. A cute, kind, sporty and fun Bearded Collie. I enjoy lying under the table when Macao is on the table.

Two sessions of gaming today!
First a friend came to my house, and we played:
- Trajan
- Macao
We're still on the Feld wave!

Later in the evening I went to another friends house, and we played:
- Kingdom Builder x 3. Quick and fun!
- Fauna. Who could know I was an expert on frogs? My guessing was spot on this time!

I really enjoy Macao and wish it was one of the games available on Yucata.

I love Macao, too!

But today we played 3 games of Kingdom Builder and 2 of Excape. It was a nice day.

Couldn't agree more! Also include Trajan, Notre Dame, The Castles of Burgundy! Give us some more Feld games!
It's not enough with The Speicherstadt. That's the one Feld game I have played, that I enjoy the least.

Not a board game but a PC game called Civilization V... I can't stop playing it! My husband was out of town all week and my son took the time one evening to show me how to play and got me started with an England/Elizabeth civilization. Now I can't sleep without having various terrain tiles dancing in my head or rethinking a tactical move I just made.

I recently got my hands on a long awaited copy of Antiquity and (I'm ashamed to admit) haven't gotten around to even sorting all the chits yet. :/ I SO want to play this game, taxes and FAFSA are done... no excuses...

Yesterday, Miles and I had a Kingdom Builder tournament and I won 2 out of 3...I'm getting better!

Plus we broke open Alea Iacta Est which was driving us insane with the Senate cards icons. Fortunately, I found some kind soul on BGG had posted pictures of replacement cards with translations printed on each card. So they are ready when we try to play again today.

I LOVE Civ 5!! I play through Steam and they have achievements you can unlock for the game. It's highly addictive, I think I am maybe 30-40% complete? There was a Civ game for the Xbox 360 and I played that until 100% completion. I know, achievements are just there so people won't stop playing, but I can't help it! I must get them ALL!

This weekend we played Star Trek: Expeditions and more Zendo. I think Zendo is hands down the hot game in our house. Also got in a few games of Lucky Ducks with my daughter.

Sam's interviewing in Ohio and Indianapolis, so maybe we'll be close enough to game together some time.

My older son lives in north Indianapolis. That would be great to meet up with another gamer. Have you ever attended GenCon in Indy? (August 16-19th later this year)

I have not, but if we move there, about 20 people have called dibs on our floor for GenCon.

I love Fresco. Taught it to some new people at our game group Friday Night.

I am running it at GameStorm.

I like playing with a couple of the expansions. The more complex colors, the special requests and the special portrait cards.

Great idea! I like that game but I hate having to keep referring to the rules to figure out what the cards do.

Played Last Will for the first time last week. I liked it, and think it will lend itself to a lot of replayability because of the randomness of when the cards come out and your starting hand. I don't plan to add it to my collection, because I already have a good number of engine building games, but it was challenging and fun and I want to play again.

I saw the Drive Thru Review of this and it sure looks like fun to me. This is terrible...this one, Village, Glen More, and now I hear that Goa should be out in April! Aggghhhh!

I just had greeting card paper to print them on but they worked great! I'm happy with the game now and I was considering getting rid of it before I found those.

Today we played:

Aton
Finca
Kingdom Builder
Through the Desert-this is new to us. I had avoided it for a long time thinking it was just a dry abstract. I don't need a lot for a theme to work for me but I do need a least some semblance of one (I love Aton, for instance). I think the production value, with the beautiful taffy-colored camels makes it more accessible to people like me and am really really glad we got this one.

Ha! We call Through the Desert "Candy Camels"

I've recently been playing a ton of Stone Age - it's been great fun with both 2 and 4 players. Looking forward to the expansion coming out soon!
