Que'st-ce que third vote theory?

Also, I like my vote on Robb atm.

It states: Those that put somebody over the top with a third vote is evil.

It is awfully bad as a theory and awfully great to get reactions.

Or is it a GREAT theory?! We can find out, if y'all want.

I think I missed the "You know what you did" theory.

It seems to be working, in that there's actually some discussion now.

Ok, cool.

Now, let's go back to my original question - why do you think there is a cultist in this roleset?

I was going to ask this exact question!

And to answer yours, I find OhGrande's reasoning a stretch, so Robb jumping on board is nearly as strange. Currently I want to hear more from both of them.

Listen - I've got a strong gut-read on clock. I'm pretty sure he's evil, and Zilich is evil with him. Not voting on my well-informed and very strongly held opinion would be strange.

Morning!

I think the key to this game is gonna be figuring it out.

It's probably time to start talking about what we know.

I'll go first: My role is non-standard

A while ago someone came up with a "theory" that my meta-lead with "You know what you did" or some variant thereof was evil for some reason or another. It was patently incorrect but the theory creator was adamant about it.

Methinks all our roles may be "non-standard" just based on assumptions from the way the rules were explained. I don't feel like the rub of this game would simply be standard roles in non-standard ways (aka BlackSheep's Flawed Game).

What we know so far:

- Everyone is special?
- At least one wolf and at least one seer
- No talking at night

My current theory is that we could be looking at multiple max evil groups or disconnected single max evils. This is based upon the fact that no talking is allowed at night which suggests evil needs to co-ordinate in the thread (as opposed to a wolf chat).

Thoughts?

Re: Chaoswolf 2 Redux 2
There sure are a lot of people out to defend clock BECAUSE of my spurious reasons to vote him? That's odd.

Of course it's a stretch of a reason; it's D1.

So, how does clock react? That's the key. I called him out as being in wolf chat. If he's a wolf, would he get defensive? Would he try to avoid the subject all together and hope it goes away? If he's not a wolf, what about the real wolves? Do they jump on me for making a "stretch of a vote"? Actually, I think they'd try to avoid anything that has to do with wolf chat as well. Tommy's probably good based on his reaction.

And then worship. Since the two of them are tied together by votes, how does she react depending on her role? These are the critical questions that my initial theory can open up.

Anyway, I'm off for a day-long work excursion. I'm pretty sure that I'll be back before lynch but will probably be unavailable until the last hour today.

Enjoy!

Ahhh, I had forgot about the talking at night part. Yeah, I could dig this theory. Could be some kind of lone wolves thing that can cross kill and stuff a la Oh Hell No? I think that makes some sense.

In a game this small, I totally disagree with multiple evil GROUPS unless "hahaha there's one Seer and everybody is evil!" is the big joke. But I severely doubt that's what is up. I think something like two lone wolves or something makes some sense, though.

Does anybody have roles or powers that might support this idea?

Hrm... I actually really like this explanation. Though clearly an evil OhGrande is capable of saying that, with him nit being around my vote doesn't do much good there.

For now I'd like to see if this does anything.

2 lone wolves makes sense to me. It makes the D1 lynch very important, though. A miss on D1 means we're at must-lynch tomorrow assuming no cross-kills.

Re: Chaoswolf 2 Redux 2
Soooooo... ohgrande's theory and clock's response.

I thought ohgrande's theory was amusing. I don't think it's true in this case, but was interested to see how clock responded to it and being in lynch lead before I said anything.

clock's response was very interesting. Instead of acknowledging ohgrande's theory at all, he kind of brushes it off and changes the subject to possible sorc/cultist hints. This strikes me as potentially evil - seems a bit too feigned-casual, and the hint thing may be a distraction/wild goose chase since there may not even be a cultist in the game. So overall I'm happy keeping my vote where it is.

Not sure yet how I feel about ohgrande for stirring this pot in the first place.
