US Nightmare AAR, Turn 3

I’m holding Europe Scoring and Special Relationship, two events which seems playable now but, Socialist Governments has not be played yet and, because I don’t own it, I know it is in my opponent’s hand. And, if I have been the bad guy (USSR) I would have played it in Headline Phase... So, I have chosen another event, Indo-Pakistani War and I will try to fix the nasty effects of Socialist Governments before playing my two European Events...
I have guessed well, USSR plays Socialist Governments in Headline Phase.
So, after this infamous European event, France becomes again totally dictatorial (Red) and democratic (Blue) IP in Italy is downed to 2. Of course, Pakistani offensive in India has failed, in spite of (or because of ?) US undercover support. Nonetheless, USA will have his Military Operations Points for this turn...

Angola Republican Government is overthrown by a brutal USSR coup and, thanks to Norad, Spain/Portugal is now uncontrolled. Special Relationship helps US to also contest Red Influence in France and give 2 welcome VP to US.

USSR retakes control of France and USA responds by controlling Greece and Turkey, Europe seems to be this Turn 3 battlefield...

USSR scores Asia and USA scores Europe for a net gain of + 2VP to the Reds. Shame to the US advisors which have failed to help Pakistani Army, my unbreathable situation could have been paused...
USSR then expands her non-challenged presence in South America (Brazil) and Africa (Zaire and Saharan States) at cost of US/Japan Mutual Defence Pact. USA’s situation in Asia is good but Asia Scoring has been played, not yet Africa and South America Scorings where USSR is totally and really alone...
West Berlin Blockade ends harmlessly for USA which discards COMECON and takes a foot cautiously (1 IP) in Mexico to further expands towards Guatemala.

USSR continues to expand in Africa, by taking control of Nigeria (4 Red Battlegrounds in Africa !). So, I have to try to fight USSR influence in Africa and, after taking control of Guatemala, I secure control of South Africa and place 1 IP in Botswana.

USSR fails her Space Race and USA plays Vietnam Revolts to give some protection to Mexico against a Red Coup, US presence is set to 3.

This is the start of Turn 4, and world is still a battleground, like this :
