Is there a way to quickly identify which of my GeekBuddies have a specific game in their collection ?

I know if you do GeekBuddy Analysis you can see those GeekBuddies that have commented on a game and if they own it, but if they don't comment they do not show up on the list.

Is there already this capability and I am missing something ???

I know the site is under redesign. With that said, here is my thought. Any of these suggestions would help:

1- When I click on User's Owning I would like my GeekBuddies to appear at the top of the list or be able to filter on my Geekbuddies.

2- When I click on GeekBuddy Analysis I would like my GeekBuddies that own the game and did not comment be listed.

3- Redesign the GeekBuddy Analysis which would display which of my Geekbuddies owns the game, previously owned the game, has played the game (# times), who might have it up for trade, ratings ...

Just some thoughts.

Actually, a good chunk of what you want is already a feature of the Guild system. If you started a guild and everyone joined the guild, you can see the collective collection of everyone, as well as which member owns a specific game.

The problem isn't that the geekbuddy system is lacking features, it's that people aren't using the guilds for some of the things they were designed to be used for.

That being said, something needs to be done about the issue. As it stands right now, you could create an account and use it for years, yet still not know how to do half of the things this site can do. It's not intuitive. It's a jumbled mess. They're working on things and from what I've seen in the beta, the GUI has been improved, but users are still going to have to ask how to do a lot of stuff since none of it is intuitive.
