Dragon From Descent: Journeys in the Dark

I have a few days left before my semester starts, so I thought I would try to start and finish one of the dragons from Descent before I leave on Sunday. I'll try to remember to take pictures of each stage of the process and maybe explain what I did for anyone interested.

Here is the dragon with a basecoat of Citadel white. I almost always basecoat in white, especially if I'm going to do a very detailed mini. I find that it's easier for me to make out the tiny details if the mini is based in white. I only basecoat in black If I want the mini to have a dark undertone under a drybrush coat. The Mammoth MK-II's I posted on here were done in this way.
