Dragon Step 2

Note: All the paints I use are Citadel brand paints.

First I covered the dragon in Dark Angels Green. I plan on using a lot of layers on this piece, so I wasn't too worried about getting a perfectly even coat. I just wanted to make sure there was no white left showing through.



Note: I'm COMPLETELY ignoring how much paint I get on the base. I plan on covering it pretty heavily with modeling grass, rocks, and sand, so it shouldn't really matter.



Next I painted his horns and claws Iyanden Darksun. I plan on doing a wash with Bleached Bone over these. The yellow will show through and give them a nice, aged look.



Lastly, I painted the inside of his mouth with Mechrite Red.
