FROM THE TRANSLATION:

Object:
Have the most money at the end of the game.

Setup:
The 8 company markers are placed on the start space. As long as the marker is there, the company is worth 20 mice. Each player is given 20 mice worth of money and a set of cards consisting of each of the 8 companies and an "Alle Kurse ausgesetzt" card.

One fewer share tile than the number of players is placed on the board. The remaining shares are not used in the game. Each player starts with a share in a company-each player must choose s different company.

Each player shuffles his cards, then takes the top two cards. The player who owns the most shares of real stock begins.

Price of a share:
The price of a share is determined by the position of the company marker as well as its location. On the board, a price list in the same color is present for each section. To find the purchase price, check the table in the section that the marker is located within. Then look next to the number that is the ranking of the company compared to the others. That is the purchase price.

Example: Rotschild is on 18. Yellow is on 21, and green on 19. Rotschild is third, so shares cost 95 when you check the price on the red section. Yellow is worth 175, and green 110. A company in last place sitting on 32 is worth -10 mice.

Game course:
The players go in clockwise order and roll both dice. On each throw, players perform the action listed by the symbol die, then the number die.

Exception: On the first turn, the symbol die is put on H.

The Symbol die:
H: Trades

+ 1: move a company marker one position forward (ignore if this occurs at the start of a game.)

-1: move a company marker one position back
-: skip on to the number die

H: Trade. Starting with the player whose turn it is, each player may buy or sell a share.

+ 1: The player who has rolled moves one company of his choice ahead one position. It is moved to directly before the company marker in front of it. If the space in front is occupied, the marker is moved to the next free space.

Example: Yellow is in 23. Green is on 28, and blue is on 29. Yellow is to be moved forward a position. As space 29 is taken, Yellow is placed on 30 and goes in first place.

-1: The player that has rolled moves a company marker back one position.

The Number Die:
The die number indicates how far ahead chosen companies will move. Each player chooses one of his two cards and places it face down. They are all revealed simultaneously. Starting with the player whose turn it is, each player moves his chosen company ahead the die number of spaces. Occupied spaces are not counted as the marker is moved forward, and those spaces are skipped over.

If one player played the "Alle" card, then no companies are moved.

Each player then takes a replacement card form his stack, and the played card is placed into a discard pile.

When all 9 cards are played, each player shuffles his deck and takes two new cards.

End:
The game ends when a marker reaches 61. The turn is still completed. Then each player counts his cash on hand and the total value of his shares. If several markers cross 61, the marker that crossed first is the highest ranking.
