War of 1812 (2d ed.) One Rules Summary

Version 1.1 of the file. Updated to add a couple of minor rules missing from v1.0 (dragoons retreat two spaces, militia rule inapplicable to amphibious movement), but still kept it to one page. Please let me know if you see anything missing or wrong.

Achival file: rules for "v2" of War of 1812

Columbia games recently released the third edition of their game War of 1812, and at the same time removed the rules for the second edition from their web page. I am posting the 2nd edition rules here for archival purposes. Special thanks to Grant @ CG for sending me this file and giving permission to post.
