The hanging gardens were one of the 7 wonders of the ancient world, as all history courses teach. But, did they actually exist? Nothing remains of their reported splendor, which was built for the eyes of Amyitis.

Without an exact reference to follow, the 2-4 players will re-establish the hanging gardens according to their own tastes.

Card follows card with magnificent buildings, sparkling fountains, and exotic plants as the players work to rebuild the legendary gardens. In the end, the queen will be pleased and rewards the victory palm to the player whose work on the gardens most impresses her highness.

5 tuckboxes to hold all of the cards and tiles from Hanging Gardens. 1 tuckbox holds the 60 building cards and 4 start cards. 4 more tuckboxes hold the 49 point tiles (3 x 12 tiles and 1 x 13 tiles). These tuckboxes have a glued bottom. Base tuckbox generated at http://tuckbox.gameupdates.com/. NOTE: due to some unknown problem uploading the file, it doesn't open properly when you click on it. Right click on it then click 'Save Link As...' (FireFox), or 'Save Target As...' (Internet Explorer), etc., then save the file to your PC and you can open it just fine.

12 bew cards for Hanging Gardens

I have always hated the card count - not enough cards for a 4-player game, and in a 3-player game, the person going last gets one fewer chance to pick first. I have been waiting for a legitimate 12-card expansion to alleviate these problems. I finally gave up and made one. I apologize for the format. I have them as sized JPEGS but could not figure out how to upload all 3. (BY THE WAY, THE TILE OF THIS SHOULD BE "NEW CARDS" :) -Matt
