Setup chart in tables and consolidated national objectives
I have created setup charts in table so that players who prefer so can place units by unit type instead of territory. Also national objectives are put together for easy reference of your allies' / opponents' national objectives. Update 17 Feb 2009: Correction to USSR 1942 IPC, spelling.

Axis & Allies/Third Reich Comparison
In the early 1980s I started playing Avalon Hill's Third Reich: arguably a high point of strategic European WW II gaming for its time. A few years later, I started playing Milton Bradley's Axis & Allies. Due to its simplicity and greater scope (world vs. Europe), I played more games of it than 3R. These were more fun due to A&A's speed of play and wide-ranging strategic possibilities, but I also always respected 3R's greater detail.
I was pleased to see that the Anniversary Edition of A&A added more territories and unit types, so I put together a comparison of the European portions of that version to compare it to both the Milton Bradley version and to 3rd/4th Edition Third Reich. Here's a PDF, showing Nations/"areas," Objectives, Unit Types, and Tech Advances.

Comparison of MB 1982/86 version with 2008 Anniversary version
To compare the 1982/86 Milton Bradley version and the Anniversary one, I put together this set of data tables.
It includes 1942 data for Starting Units, Starting IPCs, Starting Territories, and Territories per Continent for both editions in order to see where the greatest and least changes were (percentage changes are included as well as raw numbers). Anyone could assemble these numbers or others (which is enjoyable in its own way), but I'm linking this file in case others might find it useful.
A PDF version is included to maintain formatting on all systems along with an ASCII text version for easy editing.

Development Sheet
Sheet that can be used to keep track of developments during the game. Filled in with pen, a new sheet can be used every game. Replaces the control markers system for people who do not like it or simply have a table that is too small.
