This is a negotiation game in the truest sense of the word. In it, players acquire ownership of sections of city blocks then place tiles, representing businesses, onto the block-sections. At the end of each turn, each tile you've laid gives you some sort of payout, but completed businesses (formed of three to six connected tiles of the same type) pay quite a bit better. All these resources are dealt to the players randomly, however, so players must trade to get matching businesses and adjacent locations.
This page is for use with the page 2 of the other reference cards I posted here. This version has the new monetary values (incresed by a decimal place from the old Alea version). If you want the cards for one of the NEW editions, you'll want to use this file for the side 1 of the cards.
These should be printed double sided (page 1 on one side, page 2 opn the other). Use auto-rotate and center.
They are based on the reference cards that come with Alea's Chinatown.
I added a black card and a white card, because it appears (from photos) that the upcoming Filosofia version will contain black and white as player colors...
