A deluxe edition of Axis & Allies: Europe.

This game includes neutral countries which can be invaded. There are true neutrals as well as pro-axis and pro-allied neutrals. Mechanized infantry and tactical bombers are included. Mechanized infantry is represented by half-tracks. France (blue) and Italy (brown) have national tokens and dedicated units of their own. The board measures 35 inches wide by 32 inches high (89 x 81 cm).

This game is designed to be joined with Axis & Allies Pacific 1940 to create a six player game on a map measuring 70 inches wide by 32 inches high (178 x 81 cm). This variant of the game is described in the Europe 1940 manual as Axis & Allies Global 1940.

These are the set up cards with political situations, starting IPC's and National Objectives. They can be printed on 8.5 X 11 paper and there are two nations per page. There are better looking cards out there but mine are easy on the printer ink if you like that Version 2 updated a couple typo's V3 fixed USA needing to be at war for NO's Added sheets to be applied flip side which indicates enemy NO's for reference.

The story of a big map

Hello, I'd like to share with you the adventure I lived with a friend, Alain Bédard, which consists in creating a big map to play A & A 1940. The PowerPoint is in French, because it is my mother tongue, but still easy to follow because a picture is worth a thousand words. We have expanded the territories of 50% from the original maps, and adapted the oceans while respecting the original divisions. Some countries will seem "misshapen", but we tried to optimize the game space, such as Gibraltar. You will find some customizations for our pleasure, such as the planes that "fly"(three different heights), ships sinking (Convoys Disruptions), a coastal battery that repents, naval version, the AA guns, Sahara, Himalayas, etc. We do not know how many hours we spent on this...
