Command at Sea is a World War II tactical naval miniatures rules system. It can simulate almost every naval operation of World War II with accurate and consistent results that depend as much on the strategy and planning of the players as on the ships and equipment of the adversaries.
This is a map of PBEM battle with Roger Firedrake (thanks for great game!).
Scenario was famous battle between Graf Spee and Ajax, Achilles and Exeter (me being commander of Hunting Force G and Roger of Graf Spee).
I was focused mostly on speed of play so there is not much comments on the map.
Outcome was pretty close to historical although execution was little different.
I chose to keep formation together instead of dividing it. Having speed advantage I wanted to try overtake Graf and go for torpedo attack, but range of torpedoes limited this course of action highly (basically going into point blank range of Graf's 28cm guns - something I wanted to avoid at all cost).
