BACK TO THE FUTURE: The Card Game - OUTATIME Variant

Fun game. But some of the people I played it with (including myself) thought there were at times too many random things going on. And for what the game is, it can go on for way too long sometimes. So I took it upon myself to come up with a simple variant (it is only some deck tailoring and one extra rule.) Hope you enjoy it. You OUTATIME baby!
