Cinq-O Scoresheet (for math practice)

Updated scoresheet for math practice for grade schoolers. Cinq-o is good practice for math shortcuts, chart reading, simple multiplication, place value and double-digit addition (with carrying). Updates included a place to write player's names as well as the hi/lo scoring chart reproduced in the middle.
