Chuck Carter is the classic original artist for Champions of the Galaxy. Chuck met Tom Filsinger in 1984 and the two worked on a variety of creative projects prior to Tom's idea to start Champions of the Galaxy.
Chuck drew the first game edition, consisting of 24 GWF wrestlers. The first edition represents the pinnacle of Chuck's work for the game as his artistic rendition of Tom's vision helped solidify the Champions of the Galaxy mythology. Chuck went on to draw the first seven regular game editions, ending with War Games 2093.
After a nearly ten year absence, Chuck returned to Filsinger Games and contributed card art for Murdok in 2000. He also began drawing Legends of Wrestling playing cards contributing card art and working with Tom on the box design for the Introductory Box Set. Chuck also contributed some drawings to other Legends game editions.
