1920 - The company changed its name to The Chad Valley Company Ltd.
1936 - The Chad Valley Company was granted the Royal Warrant of Appointment - toymakers to H.M. Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother.
1950 - Became the Chad Valley group.
1954 - Took over Roberts Brothers Games of Gloucester. By 1956 all production moved to Chad Valley.
1971 - Taken over by Barclay Securities.
1972 - Sold to Northrop Ltd.
1980 - Merged with Palitoy Ltd.
1983 - Dissolved as company.
?? - Kingfisher (Woolworths) bought the Chad Valley name for its own products.
