I'm biased, but I loved playing this in prototype and now in its final form. If you don't like card games, probably not the game for you.

Very fun partnership game that must be played with 4 players. The rules that come with the game leave a lot to be desired. Due to that it took many readings and a complete read of everything on the Geek web page for this game to figure it out. Worth it and our group now plays it quite a bit.

Fantastic - very clever. Rules could be a lot better though. Fancy a challenge anyone, in the UK. Team Lesbos have played 100's of games and we've only lost twice!

Nice, quirky trick-taking card game. I'm a sucker for the Civil War theme but I like the unique gameplay, especially contending for three tricks at the same time.

Didn't expect to enjoy this as much as I did. It is basically whist but playing 3 tricks at once and the ACW theme and extras make for a great game that doesn't feel like 'just whist'.

As a playtester of numerous versions of this game, I am MAJORLY happy to finally see it in print. A terrific partnership game!

I've only tried the basic game.

A trick taking game with these features:

* Three tricks at a time are played to simultaneously (each player chooses which one of the three tricks he or she wants to play to)

* You can control which player plays next

* Each of the three tricks must be lead with different suits; the fourth suit becomes trump

This has many interesting consequences:

* Because you can control which player plays next, you can control who will get to determine the trump suit

* If you cannot follow suit, you play your card face down. However, that face down card can become trump!

This game causes a lot of confusion among new players. Surprisingly, players learn basic tactics quickly despite the bizarre rules (and the somewhat badly organized rulebook).

The only "flaw" with this game is that it plays with only four players, which limits playability.

While the rules seem a bit complex, one playing and the gameplay is quite intuitive. This is a current favorite with our lunchtime group.

Very interesting and unique trick-tacking game, although completely detached from the theme. We wished there were text on the cards explaining some of the pictures.

Thin theme and it took longer to teach using the rules that to just play a few hands. A fun & thoughtful trick-taking filler.

Truly unique trick-taking partnerhsip game. Luck is a factor like in all games of this sort, but there are a lot of opportunities for skillful play.
