I really like this game. It plays relatively fast. Only the draft each season takes any time. There are tough decisions and rewards for good ones. You get the feel of a college coach, not that I have been one. But with this game, you can at least imagine it.

This is a very playable and interesting game simulating not just a college basketball season, but a career, dare I say, Dynasty! All that for free. Nice.

Great game that feels like College Basketball. That is, if I actually know what that feels like.

Super game. I am a HUGE college basketball fan and thoroughly enjoy playing this game. Very deep yet easy to learn to play. I have employed some of the house rules I've found on BGG to enhance it even further. Well done and still can't believe it's a PNP!!!

Great print and play. Really great game even if it wasn't. You don't need to be a fan of basketball to understand and enjoy this game.

Rated a 7.5 (self promotion) primarily due to the fact it is a relatively unique way of handling a basketball season/tournament, while still delivering a fun and playable game. This has the feel of a eurogame, while presenting a traditional sports topic.

I have to admit, I don't enjoy basketball all that much. But I do love Sports management games (ie:Any game in which you take control of a team) and this takes the cake for being deceptively simple yet deep. It's a lot of fun and I highly recommend printing it, well worth the ink and time.

Wow, this really does give a great dynasty feeling, and it's just what I was looking for. I have no interest in college basketball, but I love sports dynasties as a theme, and this really captures it. Meaningful decisions on who to start, and who to keep starting, and that creates a lot of fun.

All this, and I've only played the solo game.

Enjoyable pnp game although one that I've only played solo so far. Seems pretty well balanced too as young stars rise, flourish and for a couple of seasons things are great before the ebb and flow requires you to rebuild. Good game.
First game - as Florida won three championships with 7 tournament appearances.

Rating based on version 1. Game is methodical and has a strong, strong, strong rich-get-richer element. Even using the "balancing" draft rule, it's strong. Did I mention that it has a runaway leader problem? Anyway, I'm sure it can be fixed with some randomization in the progression to the title. In a 4-player game, I'd think that one of the four teams should win the championship once, maybe twice, in a 12-season game. In our game currently ongoing, it looks like it'll be 12 championships amongst those 4 teams (probably 2 of those teams).

I have played this once at work at lunch with several guys. I thought it would be a quick game but it is not. It is not really suitable for lunch.

I also played it once as a solitaire game, and it wasn't very interesting. After a season or two my team was so strong we were guaranteed the championship every year, and it was just pushing counters around.

The multi-player version has some promise if you had a group of players that would be up for a 90 minutes game. You really need to play several seasons worth for it to work. And that's going to take quite a while. (Yes, I know that 90 minutes isn't really that long to us gamers, but if you're trying to get together 4-5 other guys to play, 90 minutes is longer than a lot of people have. And at that point there are other games I'd rather play.)

You have to play several seasons because the different schools have different strengths. So the guy who picks Duke will have a very good chance to win the championship, but he gets less points for doing so. The guy who picks Arizona St. will not win the championship very often, but gets a lot of points for winning.

If I ever played it again, I would dispense with the initial draft because it takes too long and does not match the theme. I would separate the players into different piles of skill level, and deal out one from each pile to each coach. That would even out the points, and get you playing much faster.

This is a free PNP game that uses some interesting mechanisms to simulate a college basketball coaching career. I love college basketball, so I was hoping to like this game more, but, though there are some decent design elements in this game, it all falls apart for me because the game ends up coming down to how well a player rolls dice and randomly pulls player tokens out of a bag.

Fun. Free and well worth time and cost to print out if you are a fan of college basketball.

Solid as is, but fun to tinker with.(My tinkers have been on compnents/graphics side; not substance as the substance of this game is nearly perfect.).

Coaches cards posted by devotees were an excellent addtion to this game and I hope to see more of this being done.

Fan here has psoted player nice counter upgrades, but would like to see real faces (like on coaches cards) for players. Sticking with generic counters for now over somehat cartoonish artwork, which were well done but not to my personal taste. (Great work though and many if not most may prefer these excellent counter upgrades.)

Makes me wish I could use design software well enough to make my own counters. As it is, I would have to commission someone else to do so.

Using painted wood blocks now (Vs. glass beads) for chips, but may have some plastic ones laser cut. Might mount boards and chips and counters on magnets for vertical play eventually..

This has become a staple for me among my college basketball games collection.
