I like this game, it feels like Set, but is more intuitive.

Standard Deck

There's a bit of learning curve, but it can be a very interesting game. Didn't work well with 2 players but was fun with 4.

A Chinese friend of mine taught this to me. She played a lot at school. She flogged me. Experience counts for a lot in this game.

Interesting math exercise that becomes a set collection game once you know many of the possible permutations. Gets a bit silly for me.

We tried a variant of this, the version posted on Pagat. In the haze of congestion, Nyquil, sleepiness, and whatever else is going on, I could barely do the basic math required of me in this game, and we sat staring at the cards for minutes on end. Finally, the "elementary math" app loaded in my brain about halfway through the game and I started seeing the combos immediately. That's more like it! As expected, it's like Ubongo or Set in that you just need to tap a specific section of your brain usually not used for board games and get it going to win (or compete). But here, it didn't feel fresh and new; it felt more like doing schoolwork. With the slow start and the worklike feel, we probably won't be coming back to this one anytime soon.
