The best, most fun game that teaches basic accounting and free market systems.

Excellent Financial Game. I love to play this one - It's just hard to find players who have played CF 101 enough to play CF 202!

I really like this expansion, it is considerable harder to beat the game with the new rules, also I feel it adds a lot of fun to the original game.

I have at least 10 plays before 2010 thus I have not logged them.

If Robert Kiyosaki says he designs this game to teach the gamers how to become rich, you've got to listen, right. The game does deliver its objective: the teaching of the concept of cashflow, cash management, property and stock market etc. and how they work together. Basic accounting stuff but to laymen, this could be a fresh idea to teach them in a game format. Nonetheless, the game does become repetitive after several plays. You have to win the game by going to the fast track. This is what the game wants you to do. So the strategy for everyone is to get to the fast track as fast as you can. See? Who can think of another strategy? The decision to buy this game or not is simply a matter of personal taste in choosing a game or a book, both of which can teach you the same thing if you pay close attention enough. Naturally, people tend to get more excited for a game, especially the kids.

Good gate way game to board gaming word and good introduction to managing your finances. It was for me wake up call that going to work (regardless how good) and saving money in the back will never give fanatical independence.

Expansion make biggest change:

stock options
real estate options

This expansion, like many expansion kills the game. Adding the expansion changes the game from investing to gambling. The expansion makes it totally random.

Because designer Robert Kiyosaki's background in real estate, not stocks, the stock market simulation is weak in the original Cashflow 101 and a disaster in Cashflow 202.

Unsure if it is worth the money because it does at least teach what and how to use options as an investment vehicle.

Slightly better than Cashflow 101, but still too similar and sucky as a game.

More extended version of 101. You can learn abaut futures and how to use it in real life. Might be interesting for maybe 2-3 games. A lot of writing, a lot of dice rolling. Nothing special.

Adds a stock market and some stuff to Cashflow 101, but a lot of it seems to be false options (intentionally, of course, since real estate is more awesome than everything) and it's all a bit harsher.

Kiyosaki's cult of personality-via-Amway in board game form. Who'd a thunk that a MLM would think to sell overpriced garbage ... in board game form? I guess Equinox already tried to peddle $200 water purifiers, so those were taken. Hey Kiyosaki fans: your guru is a fraud who got rich of get-rich-quick books. He's never succeeded in real estate in his life. Have fun being poor because you followed his advice.

A blue elephant. Unfortunately, this game does not come with the gun which is used to shoot it.
It's certainly not a game, and hardly qualifies as a financial tool. Take the 200 bucks and put it into the real stock market. You'll actually learn something about stocks unlike this "gaming" garbage.

Uh, yeah, you need the first game to play the second. It sounds like the second might improve some of the perceived flaws of the first.
