Very good to play while waiting for more people or start the night out or with non gamers. I have no idea where they get the 40min playtime from. With six players i was done in less than 30 min and most of the time i just play until its time to play something else or people get tired.
Great "role selection" Game. Quick and fun, very easy rules. My only complaint is that they used cardboard "poker chips" for the victory points. Why not cardbord jewels, mana, dragon eggs, gold, anything but poker chips.
If you are looking for a light worker placement game, this is it. I took the Mandatory quests out of the game as they made the game unfun, if you got hit with one you might as well stop playing; just too mean.
Surprisingly well balanced, one person went for all the big quests and one for small quests and the end score was very close. My only complaint would be Undermountain has too many Quests that give bonus Intrigue cards. When someone gets to draw and play three intrigue cards it really stops the game, I'll probably take that card out of the game. Also the Intrigue card that lets you reveal your Lord for immunity from attack seems overpowered, especially if you're playing with less than four players.
