Random, chaotic, short on strategy, but tons of fun. It's been a big hit every time I've brought it out.
UPDATE: It's starting to wear a little thin, I have to admit. I'm bumping it down to a 7.

The new characters make it worth picking up. The new cards don't improve it much, in my opinion, and I prefer it with 7 rather than 8 players, so the extra renegade doesn't do much for me, either.

Only a couple of plays so far. There seems to be a lot of fiddly rules to keep track of.

Haven't played yet. Still getting used to the base game.

Hmmm. Perhaps a little too random for my taste. Fun with the right crowd, but I think I'd usually prefer something a little meatier, if given the choice.

I won this in a contest, but it's actually a pretty neat little game. The mechanics are unlike anything I've come across before. The card play is a bit opaque at first, but it's actually surprisingly thematic once you get into it.
UPDATE (July '11): I've played it 4-player partnership, as I believe it was designed to be played, and it definitely was my best experience of the game so far. If you're on the fence about this one, try it this way!

Nice little filler. The simple rules mean it works great with kids, and it has the usual Knizia scoring twist.

Entirely ludicrous. I'm going to have to give it a try.
UPDATE (Jan. '09): Gave it a try. Confirmed it to be entirely ludicrous.

Great artwork, which adds a bit to the experience. It bugs me that they split this game from the main Werewolf entry though--it makes tracking games a hassle.

The best version of Yahtzee out there, for sure. It's still Yahtzee, though, so there are better dice games out there.
