A lot of the tiles help finish cities/roads that you might not have been able to fit in the original. The added risk/reward of cathedrals and taverns, don't really add much to the game for me. Personally I'd take out the cathedrals and ignore the taverns (scoring wise).

Nicely packaged, and adds a little something extra to two games. Will need to play more to see if the rating goes up.

A nice add-on - I like that it helps open up the starting board a bit, although it does potentially give a huge farm advantage in the early game.

It's just an ok addition to the game. Once you've played Spice Harvest, other than the initial on-board placement, you start just like regular Dune.

It's ok, and I bought it because I've been the Craigdarroch Castle, but it's not as dynamic a map as the original.

The nations expansion is great. I'm just giving it the same rating as I have for the base game.

I felt this expansion actually made the game less fun and interesting than the base game by removing some of the interesting hinder-your-neighbour options.

This isn't nearly as bad as critics make it out to be.

TTR: Works very well with 2 players and speeds the game up.
