There are 10 kinds of people who understand binary: Those who do, and those who don't.

I haven't actually tried this yet but I plan to.
It looks like a fresh twist on a stale game.

The "cards instead of dice" mechanism seems like it will work fine AND it removes some of the randomness/ luck (although luck still plays a factor in which cards you can choose from on a turn).
I also like the retirement angle, where once your cards run out you "retire" but you can still participate in auctions on unowned properties.

I particularly like the idea of the rule where, when declaring bankruptcy, you are only forced to give (or receive) the currently available cash and NOT the mortgaged values of properties to cover the cash shortfall.
This is a dose of modern reality, akin to where rich people (with good lawyers) can declare bankruptcy and not have to give up all of their multi-million dollar investments.

Download it and see for yourself. It only takes a few seconds to get.
