He has recently updated the Cube list (ver. 1.7) to make it current up until New Phyrexia which is the newest set that was recently released. The file has been submitted to the admins several days ago, and hopefully will be approved shortly.

I wish wizards would package a complete cube for sale. Any idea how much this would run, if you purchased it from an online site?

Well, i've used http://www.tcgplayer.com/, this allows you to search for each card and see the price in many different stores. I ended up buying from 3 different retailers, that are quite recommended for the ammount of cards they have: Gamer's inn, AdventuresON and theMTGplace.

I only bought some of the cards, between me and my friends we had quite a few: 340 cards in my cart right now are $75, and those are all the under-1 dollar cards that we were missing.

There are quite a few cards that are more expensive, but also really worth having: Demonic tutor, Sensei's divining top, lightning greaves, etc. We did a list and went to a few tournaments to grab them. having 4 collections to offer we traded a few, and we are proxying about 20 cards until we get them

All in all, i guess the whole pack can easily go over 300 bucks, but that's because there are maybe 50-100 cards that cost 60% of that. I'd wager you can get some 500 cards for about 150-100 dollars, there's a lot of those that cost 5-10 cents each.

For sleeves, we bought them on ebay, enough to have all the cards sleeved and for 8 players to sleeve their lands: http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-53200-19255-0/1?type=4&cam...

780 sleeves will cost you $32 shipped

While I find the overall cube to be great there's something that looks out of place: Berzerk

Berzerk is a fun card, sure, but it's not worth adding 40$ to the cost for it. There's also a red card for 1R that is functionally the same so it can be a good replacement.

Anyways, this needs moar Necropotence. It's not fun if I don't break the game, I say =P

Great work ^^

I also priced this out at tcgplaer.com, and assuming you already had the required basic lands and card sleeves, but none of the cards listed (and you were getting free shipping from all 20+ stores), the total comes to $233.

Keep in mind, though, that $70 of that $233 comes from 2 cards: Beserk @ $40 and Maze of Ith @ $30. If you're also willing to pitch Sensei's Divining Top @ $13.50 and Ancient Tomb @ $9, there's not a card on the list over $5. In fact, only 35 of the 544 card are over $1.

So, if you were willing to do without the most expensive 44 cards on this list, your total for 500 cards comes to $67.44 + shipping (+ basic lands, card sleeves, and a box).

Yes, but most of those stores won't give you free shipping, if you buy from 20 different stores, the shipping will probably hover around $60... i ended up using only three differents to find a "sweet spot" of card price/shipping price

Is there anyway to just get a list of what's been added and removed with each update? I've been running a diff each time there's an update, and it's kind of annoying.

Awesome work putting this together, Ender! Your articles on Magic have really gotten me excited to try cubbing and drafting!

I took some time and added the cards into a 'deck' in my Deckbox.org account for easy-of-use. You can see the visual spoilers of the enitre cube by clicking "View" (it's at the top right) > "Spoiler". If you have a Deckbox account, you can also copy the entire 'deck' and to modify it or save it for later.

Here is the link: http://deckbox.org/sets/169031

Fun fact: The total price of the cube is currently $400 based on average selling price of the individual cards (no shipping included).

Some other notes for new players like me (based on version 1.8 of the file):

There were a few minor typos which took me a little bit of researching to figure out the exact card names. Here they all are:

Crenallated Wall > Crenellated Wall
Infiltrator's Lens > Infiltration Lens
Isochron Sceptre > Isochron Scepter
O-Naginta > O-Naginata
Sensei's Diving Top > Sensei's Divining Top
Lilianna's Specter > Liliana's Specter
Nekretaal > Nekrataal
Counsel of the Sorotami > Counsel of the Soratami
Neurok Invisomancer > Neurok Invisimancer
Sky Watcher Adept > Skywatcher Adept
Washout > Wash Out
Aeire Ouphes > Aerie Ouphes
Beast Breaker of Bala Ged > Beastbreaker of Bala Ged
Jorga Treespeaker > Joraga Treespeaker
Sakura Tribe Elder > Sakura-Tribe Elder
Breathe of Darigaaz > Breath of Darigaaz
Chartouth Cougar > Chartooth Cougar
Flametougne Kavu > Flametongue Kavu
Flamewave > Flame Wave
Gathan Riders > Gathan Raiders
Manic Vandals > Manic Vandal
Oxida Scrapmelter > Oxidda Scrapmelter
Plated Geoped > Plated Geopede
Stagger Shock > Staggershock
Azorious Guildmage > Azorius Guildmage
Bull Ceredon > Bull Cerodon
Soul's of the Faultless > Souls of the Faultless
Vithian Renegade > Vithian Renegades
Wooly Thoctar > Woolly Thoctar

I was unsure what some of the terms like 'signets' meant so here are all the specific cards so no one needs to do the work again:

RavBlockBounce: Gruul Turf, Selesnya Sanctuary, Azorius Chancery, Dimir Aqueduct, Rakdos Carnarium, Golgari Rot Farm, Simic Growth Chamber, Izzet Boilerworks, Boros Garrison, Orzhov Basilica

Ravnica Signets: Azorius Signet, Boros Signet, Dimir Signet, Golgari Signet, Gruul Signet, Izzet Signet, Orzhov Signet, Rakdos Signet, Selesnya Signet, Simic Signet

Man Lands: Celestial Colonnade, Creeping Tar Pit, Lavaclaw Reaches, Raging Ravine, Stirring Wildwood

Zendikar Uncommon Duals: Akoum Refuge, Graypelt Refuge, Jwar Isle Refuge, Kazandu Refuge, Sejiri Refuge

Invasion Uncommon Duals: Coastal Tower, Elfhame Palace, Salt Marsh, Shivan Oasis, Urborg Volcano

Shards Tri-Lands: Arcane Sanctum, Crumbling Necropolis, Jungle Shrine, Savage Lands, Seaside Citadel

[MADE A BIG EDDIT]

You really are an awesome guy!

Just playing with your list, I noticed you forgot to add the white cards. The complete list is here:
Also, there were only 79 cards, after looking carefully, you were missing Chartooth Cougar.

If you want to actually buy all the cards thru tcgplayer, it'll cost around ~$440; but, removing a few expensive cards, you can really reduce that number:

The complete cube: 582 cards, $438.46 [Avg. $0.75/card]
All cards under $2.50 - 557 cards, $235.46 (lose 25 cards, save $203, avg $8.12/card) [Avg. $0.42/card]
All cards under $1.00 - 510 cards, $156.83 (lose 72 cards, save $281.63 avg $3.81/card) [Avg. $0.30/card]

While I have written reviews about playing Magic with drafts, and theme decks, and more, I can't take credit for this particular draft cube. It was made by my good friend the Masked Man.

We appreciate you pointing out all the typos; we'll see if we can get all those fixed in the file, and post a corrected and updated list here in the near future.

Thanks for pointing that out. I knew something wasn't adding up there...

I also updated the original list in case anyone checks it out.

I'm not sure if this is the right cycle. All cards in this cube (except Sacred Mesa) are common/uncommon, and the WWK cycle you posted is rare. I interpreted Man Lands to mean the original ULG cycle:
Faerie Conclave, Forbidding Watchtower, Ghitu Encampment, Spawning Pool, Treetop Village
