In my attempt to "wrap my brain" around the extensive (for me) rules for this game, I cross-referenced the rules with existing player aids (and errata) to "carefully" craft this exhaustive, yet concise, presentation of the rules. I hope you find it useful.In some ways, this will look similiar to other player aids available on BGG; however, don't be fooled!
