This is my attempt at a score sheet. The first page is numbers from 0 to 59. I tried to make the numbers using pieces from the game (well, I made a graphic of the pieces anyhow).
The second page is counters to mark your score. I made two of each counter, one with a plus and one with a -. I also made a version where you can fold it to make it reversible.
I have no doubt someone with more artistic talent could do a better job and I hope mine inspires you :)
