This is a player aid for playing 1989 on wargameroom.com. It is an 'Electronic Hand' based on glynnyth's Twilight Struggle Electronic Hand - a simple xls file where you enter the card numbers from your hand and the program displays all information on your cards (Title, Ops, Side, Period, Effects, etc).
