This is the current version of the rules for Last train to Wensleydale. There may be minor changes from this point on but the game is heading for production so here they are.

Haven't read the rules yet, just scrolled through them, but I must say, that's one unattractive board. I hope it looks better in person, and I'll enjoy the game regardless, just sayin'...

The board is nicer when viewed at full resolution, the main thing is that the distinction between plains, valleys and hills is very clear.

We used a different artist for the board in LttW (Mike Atkinson). Mike is really good at trains and cars but he is not Peter Denis when it comes to maps and such.

Yes, I'm sure it's very functional, which is most important for this type of game. I won't judge the Wensleydale countryside based on this gameboard. devil
