This is, by far, my favorite method I found to organize my counters in my original titan box. Included are two images which show the final result and the measurements to make your own out of a piece of foam.
(Sadly, this isn't my original idea, but provided by a friend many years ago and I am finally sharing it here.)
If you try making one of these for yourself, please let me and everyone else know what foam you used and where you obtained it. When I did mine, I was given the foam by the person who provided the measurements initially.
