The first five pages of the rulebook (the remaining 11 pages are credits, other languages, etc - the first 5 are the English rules!). Posted at the request of the designer.

It is 5Mb, and it won't display until the whole file has downloaded. On 2Mbit broadband, it'll take at least 25 seconds to download - and that's assuming you're really getting 2Mbit.
Thanks, worked much better on a less-than-ancient machine; very interesting and informative! Can't wait; bet it won't be long and we'll see 2 player variants, also wargame alternate tiles
