Sorry, I have just realized my Map diagram for this one is not very good.
Map 8 should be upside down (but when you write 8 upside down it still looks like an 8 doesn't it!??)

The Niemen River should go from top to bottom on the left hand side of the field.

No worries will post the change later today thanks, What resources do you use to research these scenarios? Your notes allude to historical references. I really want to give my hand a go at creating some scenarios and would really love to tie them in to an actual event in history.

Thanks for the scenarios!!

I have access to some of my brothers old WWII magazines (1966 - 1974 - various titles) They often include force lists and eye-witness accounts as well as the details of how the Battle developed. It is hard finding tactical level articles as most cover the larger battles but there are some! The main problem with converting a lot of them is the availability of Maps. Don't get me wrong, Barry has done an astounding job with a great variety of terrain, but sometimes it is hard to find maps to suit!

Google isn't really helpful with with this sort of source material. You probably need to search through book stores (brick & mortar or online). Don't be afraid of second hand books either. I picked up an excellent one about Soviet tanks for only $2.

I wish you every success!!
