This is a simple way to play Risk with nuclear weapons!

I've compiled this variant from these sources: "Devastation Risk" and "Nuclear Risk". There is no working contact link to either site that I could find, so I'm assuming they won't hate me too much for using their content. I've enjoyed it and wanted to make it available to everyone here at the Geek, too. :)
