Thank you, very helpful and concise.
Please answer a question, though? Is Estate Income an action square, meaning if more than one player places a cowboy there, there must be a duel? Can only one cowboy (the duel winning one) collect estate income? Thanks for any help.

Hi!
No, Estate Income just shows when the each player's income must be processed and received, as well as the other two boxes with orange background. You do not place your cowboys there, they only point out when that specific action happens.
