Notes on using the characters:
Raptors
Any pilot may activate the Hangar Deck location to pilot a raptor, then take one additional action (just like a viper). Raptors are first placed either in front of Galactica or in the space sector of the forward viper port. Raptors may never be unmanned.
Raptors may be moved by their pilots in exactly the same way as a viper. However, raptors may not attack.
Raptors are attacked by raiders *after* vipers but *before* civilian ships using the following table:
1-2: Miss
3-5: Damaged
6-8: Destroyed
A damaged raptor may be repaired in place of *two* vipers when playing a "Repair" card.
Raptors cause attacking raiders in their sector to incur a -2 penalty to their attack rolls against vipers and Galactica. Raiders in adjacent sectors suffer a -1 penalty. This penalty is not applied to attacks against raptors (as the penalty is already "built in" to the table above).
Raptors cause nuke attacks against basestars in their sector to receive a +2 bonus to the die roll. Against basestars in adjacent sectors the bonus is +1.
Raptors may move between locales by having the pilot discard a skill card (as with normal movement between locales), ignoring any blockades that may be in effect. When a raptor moves between locales, any characters in the origin locale may, with the pilot's permission, move to any locations of their choice in the destination locale.
Dee
Two versions of Dee are included: the first to be used with Razor Cut rules as they are now, the second to be used with the upcoming Downfall Cards in Razor Cut 2.0.
