I like the units as it adds great flavor and theme into game. I think i will use them as normal units though, with some simple modified use for the command value. Such that it can do group actions at range of command value. Personally i am with keeping game as simple as possible. I would keep all of; IV Other Effects of Leaders (possibly mod them slightly). There would be no cost to add leaders to scenario. Job very well done i will say especially since i will try them out.
