This is a larger-font version of the rules appendix, in the style of the original, but formatted to print as a booklet on letter or legal size paper (i.e. the pages are 8.5" x 5.5"). It is based on the corresponding file from jdesmond, but includes a number of fixes to typos in that file, as well as Uwe Rosenberg's change to the Coal Trader.
