V2 Corrections were the following:
Card #21 should not be added to the deck on Turn 6, but is instead variable.
Cards #62-64 are not variable and are instead added to the deck on Turn 5.
Minor clarifications: Revised Hungary section to pull the Ottoman and Hapsburg markers out and put into their corresponding sections.
