Still some improvements, especially that:
1) recovering from disorder is not a formation change
2) UGC movement is restricted to in 1st segment
3) mass charge rules are clarified
4) house rules are updated

Still some enhancements (both of rules and language ;-)

A private version of an FAQ for BoN until we get the "official" one.

This is based on what I found accurate and useful on BBG forums (thank you everybody !) as well as personal rule interpretations and addons.

I hope it to be useful to anyone playing that great game, as well as to Kevin Duke that seems to be in charge of the official FAQ followup.
