Cool, discard any resource to turn it into any other resource, I like it. By the way, when a card shows has the Universal Resource icon as one of its card types, such as Wrak Transportera, does that only match other cards with a Universal Resource icon as its card type, or any Resource Icon?
The new card is also cool in that it has a Culture icon and a Universal Resource icon, I think this is the first Culture card with an additional card type.
