Purposes
Primary: To show users what their prerequisite options are when trying to attain a tech and adjust for in game usage.
Secondary: To give an at-a-glance summary of which players currently have which technologies in a game
Tertiary: To provide some mundane statistics on the technologies


5/3/11 - v1.0 - Initial release. Sheets for Races to determine how far they are from reaching a tech. Integrated summary Tech sheet which shows which player/race currently has which Techs. Statistics sheet with basic stats.
