Eon costs for Daggers was 1,2 and 4 lucre Mayfair was something like 4,7 and 11 lucre I felt Eon was too cheap and Mayfair was way too expensive. So I just picked what I thought was reasonable and went with 1,3 and 5 lucre.
Since you only start with 4 you have to wait at least one turn before you have enough to buy a level 3 card. It makes them expensive...but within reach. The game would be over before you got 11 as Mayfair suggested!
