A brand new 2 player version of the much-improved Puerto Rico Evolver spreadsheet. The 3-5 player version was originally by Tony Mitton, and main areas of improvement include:

1) Massive speed improvement (around 25-30 times faster!)
2) New evolutionary options, including ability to block a boat with a monopolised good
3) Bug fixes

This AI has been converted line-to-line in to Java and is included as the CPU Hard player in Tropic Euro ( www.tropiceuro.com)
