I am a bit confused. Both rules sets from April and June appear the same. Both have the same blue text for significant updates. Is there a way to change the blue text from April back to black? Only have the changes from April to June be in blue?

No, sorry, I don't think we will change the blue to black any time soon, since far more people are interested in the differences between the current version and the published rules, instead of the very minor differences between living rules releases.

Just use the last one and simply forget the previous. I think it's great the designer attends to his creation in such a manner. Major kudos to you sir.
