We've used the wormholes in our last few games and liked them. They are not game changers and are seldom used, but they deeply affect which positions are considered "safe", creating some kind of no man's land around them.

We'll probably keep using them unless we're playing with beginners.

I don't see any rule regarding which exit point you may use. As I see it, you enter one wormhole and exit into any of the 3 wormholes that you wish. If you can direct your direction, can you then turn around and come back to the one you entered? Just in case you accidentally rolled into one.

Most sci-fi that I've read use which use the idea of a "stable wormhole" have two entry/exit points, with travel in either direction. Should it be established that travel is, for example, always corner-to-corner?
